How to enter ZTE Blade Q Recovery Mode, FTM mode, Download mode and Hard reset.

Recovery Mode ZTE Blade Q

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Press and hold Volume Up key + Power key about 10 seconds
  3. Release all keys when Android logo appears
  4. Press Power key to enter Recovery Mode
  5. Use Volume key to select Menu
  6. Use Power key to Confirm

FTM Mode

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Press and hold Volume Down key + Power key simultaneously
  3. Release all keys when “FTM” message appears

Download Mode

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Remove the memory card from the device
  3. Press and hold Volume Down key + Volume Up key simultaneously
  4. then Press and hold Power key until the device completely freezes.

Hard reset ZTE Blade Q

  1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
  2. press Power key to confirm
  3. select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
  4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset.

    Hi. I forgot my pattern on my ZTE-Q and I didn’t register it with my e-mail.please help on how to manually change it

      if you forgot your lock pattern, there are only one way to remove it. Performing a hard reset, but it will erase all your data and restore it to factory default settings.

    Please help me i don’t know what to do. My phone is rooted and when I press volume up + power button my phone just starts normally except it freezes for 1 sec. I can’t get in recovery mode. Is there any way to reinstall system from PC because I think I broke it. Also when I turn my phone off and press volume up + volume down + power buttons I go into recovery mode but everything there is written in Chinese/Japanese language which I don’t understand. I need your help
