How to enter Doogee X5 Recovery Mode, Hard reset / Wipe and Remove forgotten unlock Pattern.

Recovery Mode Doogee X5

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Press and hold Volume UP key + Power key about 10 seconds
  3. When Android  logo appears, press Power key to enter Recovery Mode
  4. Use Volume keys to select Menu
  5. Use Power key to Confirm

Hard reset Doogee X5 using External Keys ( remove your forgotten pattern unlock )

  1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
  2. press Power key to confirm
  3. select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
  4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset

Hard reset using Settings Menu

  1. Turn on the device
  2. Select Apps
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Backup and reset
  5. Select Factory data reset
  6. Select Reset device
  7. Select Erase Everything
  8. Select Ok

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset.  If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.

    i received my new Doogee x5 max pro phonewhen i turned on it requies a oin number why is that as i do not have a pin number sahy if i had one and i forgot it how to unlocked so i can use my new phone Help thanks

      are you sure the phone new? as i know the new phone does not ask for pin number except your sim card has setup a pin number. SIM Card has a default pin, you can try the default pin number.

      The correct mode is:
      1-Turn off the device
      2-Press and hold Volume UP key + Power key
      3-When the list appears, press Up Key to select the first option and Down key to select “Recovery Mode”

    My x5pro got loop boot , then i format using recovery mode but it dosen’t work.. It stil loop boot after i format.. Whyy?
