I tried the recovery mode but my phone said that there was no command. What should i do?

      Try to press Volume UP

At the ! NO COMMAND screen, press VOL. UP + POWER for 5secs., then release both keys AT THE SAME TIME. If nothing happens, repeat. If you get the timing right, you’ll see the actual recovery screen – complete with flashing options! Now, if I could just find a stock ROM dump, I’d be in business!

I have the same problem with mine. Did everything I found from hard reset to flash memory so far nothing. it keeps getting stuck on various points of updating from 4 to 36 the highest and it has to update up to 136. by the way it has gone trough 3 full batteries

Did the update on my Z820 this morning and it would shut down after each “optimizing apps” it was stuck in this mode for 4 hours. Tried doing a factory reset, followed all instructions but it will not bring me to the resting android so I can start the factory reset wipe. Any ideas?
