As long as you can access the android device normally, you can perform a hard reset itself without having to be assisted by experts.

Let’s start how to hard reset your android device. All android devices have a menu and the same way to perform a hard reset:

Open or tap the Settings menu, if you do not find on the main screen, you can open it from the Apps menu.

  1. Tap Apps
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Backup and reset
  4. Tap Factory Data Reset
  5. Tap Reset device
  6. Tap Delete All (it will confirm to delete all the data on your device and restore it factory default setting)

After a hard reset, the device software will be returned to the factory settings such as the start of the first time you buy. So before doing a hard reset make sure you have backup data. The data can not be restored after a hard reset.
