Download Mode on Samsung Galaxy J6+ SM-J610G Android 9 Pie

How to enter Download Mode on Samsung Galaxy J6+ SM-J610G after update to Android 9 Pie, Galaxy J6+ is the new model of Samsung Galaxy Phones in 2018. To enter download mode other galaxy device use combination volume down key + ( Home / Bixby key ) + Power key but to enter download mode on Galaxy J6+ 2018 after update to Android 9 Pie, we don’t need USB cable that connected to a computer. Samsung Galaxy J6+ 2018 Download Mode or ODIN Mode

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Press and hold Volume Up key + Power key, Release all key when Samsung Logo appears
  3. Select Reboot to Bootloader
  4. Use Volume keys to select Menu
  5. Use Power key to Confirm
  6. Press and hold Volume Down + POwer key for more than 7 secs to cancel ( Restart the device )

Samsung Galaxy J6+ 2018 Android Recovery Mode

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Press and hold Volume UP key while pressing the key then press and hold Power key for a while
  3. Release all keys when Samsung logo appears then you will see Android System Recovery
  4. Use Volume keys to select Menu
  5. Use Power key to Confirm

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset.

Hard reset Samsung Galaxy J6+ 2018 using External Keys ( remove your forgotten pattern unlock )

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Press and hold Volume UP key while pressing the key then press and hold Power key for a while
  3. Release all keys when Samsung logo appears then you will see Android System Recovery
  4. use Volume keys to select wipe data / factory reset
  5. Press Power key to confirm
  6. Use Volume keys to select Yes — delete all user data
  7. Press power key to confirm
  8. Use Volume keys to select Reboot system now
  9. Press power key to confirm

Soft reset from Settings Menu

  1. Turn on the device
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select General Management
  4. Select Reset
  5. Select Factory data reset
  6. Select Reset

If you can not enter Android system normally, you can reset it to factory default ( factory reset ) setting via hardware keys ( hard reset ). If you perform a hard reset, you can not backup your data.
