- Your phone must be Installed TWRP FBE v2. If not, you can read How to Install TWRP 3.7.0 for Redmi Note 12 released: 231111
- Download Everest-1.0-NAMCHE-topaz-OFFICIAL-GAPPS-1908-20240315.zip
- Download preflash.zip
- Download fw_topaz_miui_TOPAZGlobal_OS1.0.4.0.UMGMIXM_a5ad88643c_14.0.zip
- Download NikGapps-core-arm64-13-20230621-signed.zip or latest
- Download Magisk: Magisk.apk or latest rename it to Magisk.zip ( if necessary )
- Copy ROM to SD Card ( Recommended )
Install Instructions EverestOS-BETA 1.0 for Redmi Note 12
- Enter TWRP Recovery Mode: Turn Power off, Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When Mi logo appears release all keys.
- First Important Step is to Backup (though depends on you if you wanna be safe or no )
- Select Install – select preflash.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
- Select Install – select fw_topaz_miui_TOPAZGlobal_OS1.0.4.0.UMGMIXM_a5ad88643c_14.0.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
- Select Install – select Everest-1.0-NAMCHE-topaz-OFFICIAL-GAPPS-1908-20240315.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
- Select Wipe – Format Data – type “yes” and confirm
- Select Reboot – System
- Setup the Phone
Note: After installing AOSPA or MIUI, you will need to flash TWRP/PBRP/OFRP again
How to Root ( if necessary )
- Enter TWRP Recovery Mode: Turn Power off, Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When Mi logo appears release all keys
- Install Magisk.zip
- Reboot to System
- Connect Phone to Internet
- Install Magisk app and Open it. Magisk will ask to do additional setups. Let it do its job and the app will automatically reboot your device.

Enter TWRP Recovery
You can enter TWRP recovery with 2 methods: via adb command by type “adb reboot recovery” and by pressing keys combinations ( Turn power off, press and hold volume up + Power key, when Mi logo appears release all keys.
