How to Install OrangeFox for Samsung Galaxy A52 SM-A525F Android 12 BUL8-U4 BIT 4 (BINARY/U/SW REV) Android 12 Stock ROM. The OrangeFox is developed by @ShaDisNX255. The OrangeFox support Galaxy A52 One UI 4.0 Android 12 firmware, Android security patch level: December 1, 2021. TWRP Recovery must be installed. Use it at your own risk! Follow the instructions carefully and Make sure to backup all your important data!
OrangeFox for Galaxy A52 Android 12: Downloads and Terms
- TWRP recovery must be installed, If not read How to Flash TWRP and Root Samsung Galaxy A52 SM-A525F Android 12 BUL8-U4
- Download Galaxy A52 Root Files ( twrp360_a52_12.tar, Services_disabler_v1.3.zip, app-debug.zip / Magisk ) for installing TWRP recovery
- Download OrangeFox Recovery for Galaxy A52
OrangeFox for Galaxy A52 Android 12
- Enter TWRP recovery: Turn power off, connect phone to computer quickly Press and hold Volume Down + Power Key, when the screen blank quickly press and hold Volume Up + Power key, when yellow triangle appears release all keys. It will take more time until TWRP recovery appears.
- Copy OrangeFox-R11.1_2-Android12-Unofficial-a52q.zip to internal storage
- Select Install – select OrangeFox-R11.1_2-Android12-Unofficial-a52q.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
- After install OrangeFox recovery the phone will rebooting to recovery
- Select Reboot to System
- Done!
Root Samsung Galaxy A52 ( If Necessary )
- Connect Phone to Internet
- Install Magisk and Open it. Magisk will ask to do additional setups. Let it do its job and the app will automatically reboot your device.
- Done
If you did not install Magisk from TWRP before follow this steps below
- Enter OrangeFox recovery: Turn power off, connect phone to computer quickly Press and hold Volume Down + Power Key, when the screen blank quickly press and hold Volume Up + Power key, when yellow triangle appears release all keys. It will take more time until OrangeFox recovery appears.
- Select Install – select app-debug.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash ( ignore this if you don’t want to install magisk )
- Select Reboot to System
- Connect Phone to Internet
- Install Magisk and Open it. Magisk will ask to do additional setups. Let it do its job and the app will automatically reboot your device.
- Done

Notes / Warning!
- Use at your own risk, I’m not responsible for bricking your device.
- Using the incorrect file may brick your device.
- If your target device has a custom firmware flash counter, Rooting will trigger it. If you’re lucky, Triangle Away has support for your device and can be used to reset the counter.
- If you have a KNOX-enabled device, Rooting will trip the KNOX WARRANTY VOID status !
- If your device storage is encrypted, Rooting will wipe your data !
- If you have locked bootloaders, flashing one of these will probably brick your device – with the exception of Nexus devices, which will usually automatically “OEM unlock” and wipe your data !
