How to Update Android 8.1.0 Oreo on Samsung Galaxy J4+ SM-J415G :

  1. Extract (unzip) the firmware file. Download at https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/SM-J415G/ ( Not Free ) If it does not work try to download it from updato.com or samsung-firmware.org with and no need registered.
  2. Download Odin http://odindownload.com/SamsungOdin/
  3. Extract Odin ZIP file
  4. Open Odin
  5. Connected USB Cable to PC
  6. Reboot Phone in Download Mode ( Turn Power off the phone, Press and hold Volume Down + Volume Up keys together then while pressing these keys connecting the phone to PC with USB Cable Data, release all keys when Download Mode appears. Press Volume Up to continue )
  7. Wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
  8. Add the firmware files AP, BL, CP and CSC.
  9. In Option make sure to ticked F.Reset Time and Auto-Reboot only
  10. Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes

Warning!

  1. Make sure to backup your data, It will erase all the data.
  2. Make sure the firmware is match with your Samsung Galaxy model number
