How to Install ViPER4Android FX on EvolutionX 4.1 GSI ROM on Samsung Galaxy M30s Android 10 Q

How to Install ViPER4Android FX Legacy XHiFI on Evolution X 4.1 GSI ROM that Installed on Samsung Galaxy M30s Android 10 Q ( Exynos only ). It will install ViPER4Android FX on Samsung Galaxy M30s that installed Evolution X 4.1 GSI ROM Android 10 Q. The EvolutionX 4.1 must be rooted. Take it at your own risk! Follow the instruction carefully.

Download ViPER4Android FX apk and library audio module

1. Download Audio_Modification_Library-v2.5(48).zip
2. Download ViPER4_Android_FX_v2.7.1.0.apk
3. Download Magisk Manager apk ( for rooting )

Rooting instructions Evolution X 4.1 GSI ROM

1. How to Install Evolution X GSI ROM on Samsung Galaxy M30s Android 10 Q
2. Boot system with Magisk ( Enter TWRP ): When the screen blank, press and hold Volume Up + Power key, when samsung logo appears release power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP recovery appears.
3. Connect the phone to PC and copy 3 files above from pc to phone
4. Select Reboot -> Recovery ( boot system with magisk )
   
5. Install Magisk Manager and open it then follow the instructions

Installing instructions for ViPER4Android FX:

1. Install ViPER4_Android_FX_v2.7.1.0.apk
2. Open ViPER4Android app but DO NOT INSTALL the drivers right now ( Audio_Modification_Library-v2.5(48).zip )
3. Don’t tap OK leave it like that
4. Open Magisk Manager-> Modules and install Audio_Modification_Library-v2.5(48).zip
5. Magisk module installer will prompt you to reboot but DO NOT REBOOT!
6. Now go back to the ViPER4Android app, tap on “OK” to install the required V4A drivers
7. Grant the Superuser permissions to the app when prompted
8. After the drivers are installed, the device will automatically reboot
9. Boot system with Magisk ( Enter TWRP ): When the screen blank, press and hold Volume Up + Power key, when samsung logo appears release power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP recovery appears. Select Reboot -> Recovery
10. Open Magisk Manager -> Modules and uncheck the “Audio Modification Library” to disable it ( when the phone restart this library will enable )
11. Open ViPER4Android app, repeat the driver installation process, and let the device reboot
12. Boot system with Magisk ( Enter TWRP ): When the screen blank, press and hold Volume Up + Power key, when samsung logo appears release power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP recovery appears. Select Reboot -> Recovery
13. open ViPER4Android app, repeat the driver installation process, and let the device reboot
14. Boot system with Magisk ( Enter TWRP ): When the screen blank, press and hold Volume Up + Power key, when samsung logo appears release power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP recovery appears. Select Reboot -> Recovery
15. Open ViPER4Android app, DONE!

Notes / Warning!

1. Use at your own risk, I’m not responsible for bricking your device.
2. Using the incorrect file may brick your device.
3. If your target device has a custom firmware flash counter, Rooting will trigger it. If you’re lucky, Triangle Away has support for your device and can be used to reset the counter.
4. If you have a KNOX-enabled device, Rooting will trip the KNOX WARRANTY VOID status !
5. If your device storage is encrypted, Rooting will wipe your data !
6. If you have locked bootloaders, flashing one of these will probably brick your device – with the exception of Nexus devices, which will usually automatically “OEM unlock” and wipe your data !
7. Make sure to backup your important data before root it.
