Youtube Vanced: Install Instructions on Galaxy A50
STEP 1: Install Lucky Patcher Apps
- Make sure your Galaxy A50 Rooted if not, read post How to Root Galaxy A50
- Turn Off Play Protect: Open Play Store – Play Protect – Play Protect settings, disable ‘Scan apps with Play Protect’.
- Install Lucky-Patcher ‘installer_8.8.9.apk’ or latest LP installer apk
- Follow all instructions
STEP 2: Disable signature verification to install unsigned APK
- Open Lucky Patcher
- Click “Toolbox”
- Click ‘remove all saved purchases’
- Open settings,
- select Force set root check
- select “Force set root mode”
- Restart Lucky-Patcher and Re Open LP
- Click “Toolbox”
- Click Patch to Android
- Check Signature Verification status always true and Disable .apk Signature Verfication click Apply
- Reboot System with Magisk ( Rooted ): Enter TWRP Recovery: Turn power off, press and hold Volume Up + Power key, when samsung logo appears, release power key only, keep pressing volume until TWRP recovery appears, Select Reboot – Recovery
- Open Lucky Patcher -> Toolbox -> Patch to Android, If both are patched, that’s good.
- To be able to install unsigned APK or signed APK over the original, check the 3rd patch “Disable signature verification” in the package manager, click Apply. It will reboot again.
- Reboot System with Magisk ( Rooted ): Enter TWRP Recovery: Turn power off, press and hold Volume Up + Power key, when samsung logo appears, release power key only, keep pressing volume until TWRP recovery appears, Select Reboot – Recovery
- Done! Signature Verification are DISABLED, You can install unsigned APK Now
STEP 3: Install Youtube Vanced
- Install Youtube Vanced ‘manager.apk’ and Open It
- in MicroG area Click Install
- in Vanced area Click Install
- Select Vanced theme click Next
- select Language Click Finish
- Done!
Notes / Warning!
- Use at your own risk, I’m not responsible for bricking your device.
- Using the incorrect file may brick your device.
- If your target device has a custom firmware flash counter, Rooting will trigger it. If you’re lucky, Triangle Away has support for your device and can be used to reset the counter.
- If you have a KNOX-enabled device, flash custom rom and Rooting will trip the KNOX WARRANTY VOID status!
- If your device storage is encrypted, Rooting will wipe your data !
- If you have locked bootloaders, flashing one of these will probably brick your device – with the exception of Nexus devices, which will usually automatically “OEM unlock” and wipe your data !
- Make sure to backup your important data before root it.
